The heart of Riviera Beach Cares Homeless Coalition for Families (RBC) is to fill an existing gap in the continuum of services for families experiencing homeless crises. We pride ourselves in our ability to connect and leverage existing resources, while providing a one-of-a-kind service to the community. Palm Beach County Florida is rich with resources for the homeless population. That said, none are designed to provide families with children emergency crisis shelter. Since 2020 RBC, and its Executive Board of Volunteer Directors, have successfully accomplished its mission by providing eligible families with emergency shelter in less than 24-hours.

Here at RBC, we are driven by a single goal; to positively impact our community by positively and respectfully impacting families. Our processes are intentionally streamlined and efficient adding ease of access for families who are desperately seeking shelter support. Our decision-making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high-quality data evaluation. We value and protect the dignity and right to self- determination of everyone served.
